These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the diagnostic services (LLMO Check, AILYS Doctor, together the "Service") provided by AILYS ("we", "us", or "the Operator") on ailys.app. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. The AILYS Lens WordPress plugin is distributed separately under the GPLv2 (or later) license and is not covered by these Terms - see the plugin's own license and readme instead.
Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms apply to the diagnostic services provided on ailys.app. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms in full.
Article 2 (Description of Service)
When you enter a URL, the Service retrieves and analyzes publicly available information about that site (such as robots.txt, sitemaps, and public page content) and displays a diagnostic result.
Article 3 (Availability of Data)
The Service is currently provided free of charge during a data-collection period. The pricing and form in which the Service will be provided after that period ends are undecided; if this changes, we will announce it on the site. We make no promises regarding future features.
Article 4 (Fair Use)
We may limit access for users who make excessive continuous use of the Service.
Article 5 (No Warranty)
Diagnostic results are provided for reference only. We do not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness. Any action taken based on a diagnostic result is at the user's own discretion and risk.
Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)
You may not: run a diagnosis on a third party's site without the rights holder's consent for malicious purposes; place an excessive load on the Service; attempt unauthorized access; or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service.
Article 7 (Changes to These Terms, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction)
We may revise these Terms at any time; the revised Terms take effect once posted on this site. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location.
